ASSET RECOVERY INTERNATIONAL Conference - Dublin 2019
Our Managing Director Mr. Soteris Pittas attended as a speaker, the International Conference "ASSET RECOVERY INTERNATIONAL" held on 27th February to 1st March 2019 at Dublin, Ireland.
Mr. Pittas participated in the Session “ASSET PROTECTION TRUSTS: HOW TO BREAK THEM ?” and presented the position of Cyprus on the topic.
Mr. Pittas co-panellists were Mr. Jef Klazen (KOBRE & KIM – USA), Mr. Yves Lein (MONFRINI BITTON KLEIN – SWITZERLAND) and chairperson Mrs. Rebecca Hume (KOBRE & KIM – CAYMAN ISLANDS)
The panel looked at key jurisdictions known for asset protection trusts and discussed the way in which such vehicles may be unpacked to recover assets where there has been a fraud.
In the Conference, there were over 50 experienced professionals as speakers and over 250 delegates from more than 25 countries.
